Résumé
Dans ma pratique de musicothérapeute auprès d’enfants en pédopsychiatrie, l’écoute musicale occupe une grande place. Le modèle théorique de Michel Escande attribue à l’écoute musicale diverses fonctions : contenance, écran, stimulation, émergence, fonction corporelle, intermédiaire. Elles se déclinent et s’adaptent selon les objectifs thérapeutiques recherchés, et seront illustrées par des exemples cliniques, mettant en évidence la polyvalence de cet outil essentiel et dynamique.
Abstract
Music listening is a very important part of my practice of music therapy with children suffering psychiatric disorders. The theoretical model of Michel Escande attributes various functions to music listening : function of containing, of screen, stimulation, emergence, a bodily function, and intermediary object. They are adapted depending on the therapeutic goals. We will illustrate them with clinical examples, highlighting the versatility of this essential and dynamic tool.
