The relative clause: An antecedent with a will of its own and a pronoun Ø one cannot ignore

“As suggested in the title*, I propose to discuss (A) the syntactic, semantic and pragmatic features distinguishing the indefinite head relative from the definite head one; (B) the status of the marker Ø as opposed to that of the wh- relative pronoun and that.
